A twelve month program for second level managers in the public service and their private sector equivalents aimed at professional development, particularly in the areas of leadership, public sector management, service delivery and financial management. A combination of formal modules and workplace projects through the use of the “Action Learning” process provided managers with the opportunity to apply their learning from formal sessions directly to real issues and challenges facing them in the workplace. There were 40 participants in EDP II & III. Participants received an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the University of New England on completion of the programme. |
