The resource materials included in this section are provided to users of the PSIF website to assist them in designing and developing project proposals.  The materials are drawn from a variety of sources and may be used freely provided authorship is acknowledged.

CONDUCTING FOCUS GROUPS: A series of slides prepared in MS Powerpoint to assist agencies in preparing and conducting Focus Groups
PROBLEM AND SITUATION ANALYSIS: A series of slides prepared in MS Powerpoint to assist agencies in conducting participatory stakeholder workshops for identifying and analysing issues and problems
STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS:A series of slides prepared in MS Powerpoint to assist agencies in identifying stakeholders and their interests
DEVELOPING A LOGICAL FRAMEWORK: A series of slides prepared in MS Powerpoint to assist agencies in conducting participatory workshops for developing logical frameworks (logframes) to support project designs
TOOLS FOR DEVELOPMENT: A manual developed by the British Department for International Development (DFID) to assist in formulating projects and development activities.  It includes a range of skills, techniques and ideas which can be used selectively by people involved in developing projects.
ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT- A GUIDE: Guidelines on organisational development to help to identify institutional problems that limit improvement in organisations and to promote the necessary changes

ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT- TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES: A source book of key tools and techniques for people involved in organisational development work

PSIF OPERATIONAL HANDBOOK- The Operational Handbook for the PSIF in PDF format.  Provides details of the Facility management, strategic priorities, eligiblity criteria, operating procedures and templates for identifying and gaining approval for projects supported by the PSIF
